Healthy Workplaces
Health Risk Assessment: We assist organizations to measure and understand the physical and mental health of their workforce in order to determine the effectiveness of existing programs and determine areas of need. This is based on analysis of employee demographics and risks, a review of existing claims and utilization data, on-line surveys, and/or targeted interviews and focus groups.
Developing Organizational Effectiveness : We help organizations to create and sustain healthy employees and teams in order to minimize physical or emotional ill-health and to provide timely and effective supports when this occurs. This involves a review of existing programs, policies and services; recommendations for modification or enhancement; and/or provision of additional products or services.
Health Awareness Training for Managers: Managers and supervisors are in a key position to notice the heath and well-being of their staff and provide and appropriate intervention. We provide education and training to managers with respect to the early signs of emotional or physical ill-health and the development of practical skills to offer support and effective management of performance.
Enhancing Employee Health: Employees, at all levels, who are informed and responsible in caring for their physical and psychological health, are the bedrock of a healthy organization. We provide education and training to enhance staff health awareness as well as providing access to demonstrated self-care tools and programs.
